Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Commercial Division of The Personnel People. This is a rare opportunity to work within a small team in one of East Anglias longest established recruitment consultancies. The successful applicant will have proven business development skills and will ideally come from a recruitment background.
You will need to have the following skills and attributes: - Be highly organised with a fine attention to detail. - Possess excellent communication and computer literacy skills. - Have current or recent recruitment agency experience (ideally). - An excellent attitude towards hard work. - And above all be self motivated and have real drive and superior sales skills. - Hold a Full clean UK Driving Licence
Hours are open to discussion, although we have a preference for a part time person, full time is also an option for the right person.
