Job Description

Our Norwich based client are seeking an experienced and committed Head/Executive chef.

Immediate start available.

What will I be responsible for as a Head Chef?

Overall responsibility for daily operations in your kitchen
Delivering consistent guest satisfaction through the achievement of high standards of menu production, cooking process and dish presentation
Consistently finding innovative ways to drive financial performance without compromising on quality
Monitoring portion and waste control in addition to labour productivity to maintain profit margins
Recruitment of a highly motivated team and leading and developing all Chefs in your brigade
Exceeding your annual targets for food profit contribution
Ensuring you and your team consistently exceed health and safety regulations.
