 Job Title:    Sales Admin
 Job Desc:   Reception: Ensure that the reception area is welcoming at all times and the procedures for receiving visitors are implemented. Serve as the first point of contact for all external stakeholders in person, by phone, post and via email. Distribute post daily and ensure it is collected. Sales: Responsible for the daily processing and dispatch of all orders and effective liaison with the Sales Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Accounts Manager, and relevant external stakeholders when necessary. Review and support the development of the order processing system to ensure it is as efficient as possible. Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager in order to meet the annual sales target. Make good use of all communication opportunities to inform and promote products to existing and prospective customers (consumers/retailers/wholesalers). Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. Effectively respond to and actively follow up on small, incoming sales leads. Maintain and support the development of information systems such as databases and CRM software. Work to the sales budget as directed by Sales Manager. Customer Services: Responsible for handling customer compliments and queries in a consistent manner, which reflects the brand. Responsible for handling complaints, maintaining the complaints database and coordinating internal investigations. General Admin and Support: Responsible for the celebration of staff birthdays. Maintain the supply and stock of stationary and goods required for break times. At the heart of the business, you will be available to office staff needing administrative support in varying forms. Support the Supply Chain Manager in the smooth running of facilities throughout the office areas.
